Meals are generally consumed with 16 fl.oz of flavored water.
Meals are modeled in the large Eco Meal Kit by Smart Planet. This meal kit comes with 3 meal compartments, integrated condiment holder and reusable fork/spoon combo. The main meal compartment holds 2 cups (serving size) while each of the smaller compartments hold 1 cup. There is a lined seal in the cover so it can be used for transporting liquids. Finally, the entire unit is collapsible so storage after use is a breeze.
